If your order was previously "Pending Approval" but is now showing as "Cancelled," that means that your approver has declined your order.

Orders can be declined for a number of reasons, including but not limited to the following:

  1. Typographic Mistakes
  2. Content Errors
  3. Budget Constraints
  4. Out-of-date Materials

If your order has been declined, we recommend you navigate to the order page and view the comments stream. When an order is declined, the decliner has the option to leave a note.

You can navigate to the order page by following these steps:

  1. Click My Account in the top right, under the search bar
  2. Click on My Orders in the sidebar at the right
  3. Find the order you want to cancel and click View
  4. Scroll to the bottom of the page to view the Comment Stream

I'm viewing the Comment Stream for my order, but there's no reason listed.

If no reason was left, the comments stream will tell you who declined your order. We recommend that you reach out to that person directly.
