Cancelling from your Platform Storefront

  1. Log-in to your Platform Storefront
  2. Click My Account in the top right, under the search bar
  3. Using the Recent Orders module, locate your order
  4. Click the Cancel button next to your order
If it has been more than 24 hours since you placed your order, please submit a ticket and let us know you've cancelled your order. This will ensure that we are able to stop any production that has already begun.

Note: If production has already begun when an order is cancelled, you will be invoiced for any materials already used.

There is no "Cancel" button, what do I do now?

This means one of two things:

  1. The agreement between your organization and More Vang does not allow for self cancellation.
  2. Your order has already been completed.

Submit a ticket and we'd be happy to check on your order status. If your order has not been processed yet, we can cancel it on your behalf.
