Cancelling from your Banjo Storefront
- Log-in to your Banjo Storefront
- Click My Account in the top right, under the search bar
- Using the Recent Orders module, locate your order
- Click the Cancel button next to your order
If it has been more than 24 hours since you placed your order, please submit a ticket and let us know you've cancelled your order. This will ensure that we are able to stop any production that has already begun.
Note: If production has already begun when an order is cancelled, you will be invoiced for any materials already used.

There is no "Cancel" button, what do I do now?
This means one of two things:
- The agreement between your organization and More Vang does not allow for self cancellation.
- Your order has already been completed.
Submit a ticket and we'd be happy to check on your order status. If your order has not been processed yet, we can cancel it on your behalf.
