If you've made a mistake in your order, you will need to cancel the order and place a new one.
- Click My Account in the top right, under the search bar
- Click on My Orders in the sidebar at the right
- Find the order you want to cancel and click View
- Click the Cancel button at the top of the order page
- Confirm that you want to cancel the order. This cannot be undone
Why doesn't my order have a "Cancel" button?
We've already started printing your order. Please submit a ticket and call your Account Manager ASAP to cancel your order.
