If you haven't received an email from our system, whether it be for account confirmation or a shipment notification, we recommend that you try the following steps:

  1. Check your spam folder. Our emails sometimes get flagged as spam, particularly to first time users.
  2. Add platform@morevang.com to your address book, or approved senders list
  3. Confirm your email address is spelled correctly. JSchmoe@gmail.com vs. JoeSchmoe@gmail.com
  4. Contact your internal IT team and see if they can white-list platform@morevang.com

I've tried everything but I still can't find the email.

If you've tried everything listed above and still cannot locate your email, submit a ticket. We can re-send the email and monitor for delivery, that will tell us if the email is reaching your organizations email server or not.

Note: If the email is reaching your organizations email server but not your personal inbox, you will need to troubleshoot further with your internal IT department.
